Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for custom or made-to-order candles. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like weather, holidays, and carrier delays. Below are general shipping estimates:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States.

Packaging

To ensure that your candles arrive safely, we use protective packaging, including bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. We take care to pack each order with the utmost attention to detail.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. If you need to make changes, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.

Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on certain orders. Please review the terms of each promotion at checkout for eligibility.

Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your candles! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact me at angela@mainandpage.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to me.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your candles as soon as you receive them. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact me right away so I can make things right. However, please be aware that if you live in a hot climate or are ordering during warmer months, melting that occurs during shipping is not considered damage. I do my best to ensure our candles reach you in perfect condition, but high temperatures and weather conditions are out of my control. I recommend not leaving packages in direct heat or sunlight.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
I am unable to accept returns on custom or personalized candles, or candles that are damaged due to misuse. Please refer to the Candle Care Guide for tips on how to properly enjoy your candles.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, I’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Pricing: All product prices on our Site are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product pricing is accurate, but in the event of an error, we will contact you to resolve the issue before processing the order.
  • Payment: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. You must pay for your order in full before it is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery address. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: While we take great care in packaging your order, Main + Page is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment for assistance.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at mainandpage.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including custom or personalized products, are non-returnable. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of candles that have been burned or used.
  • Refunds: If we approve a refund for a damaged or defective item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
